Yes, I’m nimble enough in a fight but I’m hardly a ninja. I'll walk on ice when I have to but I don't like it. Prancing sounds like something for ponies. I’ll leave it to them.

I can saunter, though whether it's in rhythm with theme music I might need some practice. You know I don't want to leave anything to chance.

Speaking of rhythm, it does help seeing you play certain bits on the guitar to then mirror. So. I owe you for that.

Yeah? I can show you more, if you want me to go over anything. I know it helped me when I was learning to see how other people's fingers sat on the strings.

I like that this warrants scheduling. No preference, though if we're on the roof it might be harder to tell if you're in tune if it's windy out.

The rain is nice, though that'd be a lot worse for both our instruments if we try to play in it.

One of your most attractive qualities for sure.

It is nice, unless it’s cold out. Freezing rain’s less pleasant, but in the summer, it can feel nice. Although by now I don't often notice it, it happens so often. Either way though, we can stay inside to not risk the instruments.

Freezing rain is the worst, but we've got some time before we have to worry about that too much. We can decide where inside later, depending on how much noise everyone else is making and how far away we need to get from it.

And you are always welcome in the basement. Just, you probably won't want to be in there when I'm sleeping.

I don’t like anyone around when I’m sleeping, so I wouldn’t spring that on you, don’t worry. Besides, wandering around your space when you’re unconscious and not someone I’m stealing from might get a little creepy.

I don't think anyone actually looks their best when asleep, anyway. That whole 'sleeping like an angel' bit really just means they aren't causing trouble.

Though I definitely won't be getting up to trouble during the day, so that tracks.

Dead bodies wouldn’t be a new sight, but I’m fine keeping your image that of being in a very lively unalive state.

I make no promises not to cause trouble even during times of rest. I don’t know that I can or do, but I like to put nothing past myself.

I’d always rather be prepared than live in ignorance. Precisely for reasons like that. No point in setting one’s self up to be potentially blindsided.

Though for what it’s worth, even if I did ever see you like that, I wouldn’t forget how you look otherwise, either.

It would be extremely useful if dreams worked like that, wouldn’t it?

Too good to be true? They say dreams are the mind's way of working through things. Or processing them.

No, not a bad thing at all. I'm pretty fond of them, in fact.

Something like that. And I've heard that before, that it's all symbolism while your brain figures itself out. Though I also know people who have legitimately prophetic dreams sometimes, and they're just as interpretive.

Me, too. Some of the most interesting people I know welcome a little monster in themselves.

I’ve never found my dreams particularly helpful, and definitely not prophetic. I believe such a power exists, though. Seems as likely as the others I’ve heard about. Not sure I’d want it, though. Just like you said about them being interpretive. I’ll stick with just regular deductions made about the real world.

Definitely real, and hard to manage for those that have them. The usual ones work just fine for personal interpretation without adding in foretelling. Mine all have music, now. Sometimes I think it's some of my Sisters singing somewhere else, too, though I can't confirm that.
