The charity is to help my friends and to spite those who benefit from keeping the oppressed without power.

[Or at least that's the story Kaz sticks with and has for some years now, that all his good deeds are out of spite and not because he sees himself in those who are being taken advantage of that don't deserve it.]

[Given sharing would likely mean body parts inevitably touching from the limited space. Which sounds lovely, but not something he can necessarily handle yet.]

[The heat in her eyes when she looks at him, and bites her lip. Yeah, she seems pretty into the idea.]

[Seeing that look on her face draws him up short, his own eyes darkening with desire. He stares at her lips longer than he should when leaving a place he's just broken into.]

I hope I don't disappoint. Though I'm more excited for my own show of seeing you. Won't even mind if you use up all the hot water, take as long as you like being naked in front of me.

[He grins at that as they hustle out into the cold and towards her place.]

[They do seem to be walking a little more briskly than usual. They're practically giddy teens who've figured out a way to fool around.]

[He's never shared a shower before, or taken one in front of another when it was meant to be romantic rather than cramped jail times. Still, it's Stella. He knows she loves him. That she wants him. This is meant to be fun and pleasurable, and he's doing his best to do what he does best - overthink things.]

[He doesn't need to worry, Stella is so completely enamored with him that she is going to be absolutely taken with him.]

Why do so many of our conversations go back to either oral sex or cannibalism depending on your view?

[She laughs as they make it to her apartment building.]

[She nods and heads to the fire escape.]

I certainly have no desire to eat humans, I find them distasteful enough as it is outside my belly.

Life is shit though, and if I ended up stranded somewhere where the only option to survive was to eat somebody? Depending on the person and circumstance, can't say what I'd do then.

[Though she looks over her shoulder with a little laugh.]

[He follows her up the fire escape, letting her enter the warmth of her apartment first.]

That's not what I meant.

[She winks. And then proceeds to giggle like a schoolchild about her dirty joke. Lot's of maturity coming from the ancient diety.]

[Catching onto what she means, he gives her a dry look but there's a hint of amusement in his eyes that belies it.]

You've been hanging around Jesper and Nina too much, you know.

What makes you think I'm not teaching them new dirty jokes and euphemisms?

[She climbs in through the window and waits for him to join her.]

[He follows in after her, shaking off the cold with a little roll of his shoulders and setting the items they brought back aside. He gently reaches over then with his gloved hands covering her arms, still in her jacket, and rubs them to warm her up, too. As he does so he gives her a little smile.]

[Every single time he surprises her with a casual little touch she looks at him with pure love and admiration. It is so obvious on her face when she smiles at him]

[Every time she affirms his touch through her smiles and warmth, it helps ease something inside of him. It helps propel him to want to continue, and helps make these touches something he's starting to enjoy.]

[A silly line that fits the mood. He lets his hands linger on her, feeling her slowly start to warm up from the friction his hand movements are providing.]

Did you need to freshen up first, or should we get right to the showering?

[As usual he's trying to plan out the night as best he can, to know what to expect, but leaving it up to her in what order they do things. If she wants to freshen up first, or enjoy hot toddies by the fire, he's fine with it.]

[She holds her hands just above his biceps, silently asking permission to touch him in return. They have the safety of layers of clothing, but she never touches him without checking in first.]

Should we get right to business? It would be a very good way to get warm.

[He appreciates her checking in immensely. It's a little gesture that puts control in his hands, and that makes it easier for him. He gives her a little nod that, yes, he's okay with her rubbing his arms, too.]

Yeah, probably a good idea. That way we can warm up more than just our arms.
