... the Barrel wasn't a pleasant place for her. For many. The seas seem to suit her better.

I mean, for a while. If she doesn't like it here... Well, I can get why the Barrel is not for everyone.

I don't need the Wraith's talents. So no. I haven't considered asking. I wouldn't ask if it wasn't a last resort. ... or when rooting out human traffickers in the area. She does take a keen interest in those.

Nina told me about the brothels here. That there used to be a lot of those over here.

It's not a shit place, Kaz. Specially when there's so many great people around here.
People are here for each other.

There did. To their displeasure, they've had to close. Some of the former workers are now employed with me. Others have started new lives.
