I've seen that happen even now. And based on that, just know I know it might take more than once telling you that I like hearing your voice for it to stick, if it ever does. I like anyone knowing their worth though, and I don't mind repeating. I don't find it intimidating. It's frankly a shortsighted person who doesn't encourage the talents in others. I'd rather have someone capable in what I'm not on my side, then leave us both floundering.
